Refund and Returns Policy

At Sharplite Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible refund and returns policy to ensure your peace of mind when shopping with us.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Certain items, such as customized or special order products, may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Contact@sharplite.xyz to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Provide details of your order, including the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and your contact information.
  3. Our team will send you instructions on how to return the product.
  4. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will not include shipping charges unless the return was due to a defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a store credit for the value of the product, which can be used toward your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Contact@sharplite.xyz. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs. To help us process your claim, please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, the packaging, and the shipping label.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items are non-refundable, including:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software or digital products.
